PD works great (USB-C to USB-C) but QC over USB-A just doesn't work on every device I've tried. I don't really *need* QC as long as PD works, and for a 2-pack the price is really solid. It's recessed fairly deep into the 12v socket, but not flush (in my 2014 Hyundai coupe). Weird little quirk is that every time I try to unplug the USB cable (C or A), the entire device is pulled from the 12V outlet. Haven't had this with any other charger, but I unplug the cables not too often starting it's really a minor annoyance. Not perfect, but if you want cheap and PD then this is a pretty good choice.
