I purchased the Advanced Maihear Rechargeable Hearing Amplifier with high expectations about the superior feedback reduction and noise cancellation features, however, it didn't meet all my needs. This BTE Magnetic Contact Charging Device definitely amplifies sound and comes with three different earpiece sizes for the perfect fit, but for me, there was still some background noise that I couldn't seem to eliminate entirely. The charging feature is convenient, and the device sits comfortably behind the ear. It's also discreet, hardly noticeable when worn. Overall, it's worth a try, but if you're looking for the ultimate hearing amplifier, this may not be the one for you.
