Review on Stylish and Chic: Michael Kors Women's Darci 💎 Stainless Watch MK3322 - Timeless Elegance for Every Occasion by Amanda Kou

I love this watch. They are exquisitely beautiful, comfortable and of course tell the time well. My only issue is that one of the pins that attaches the strap to the watch fell off shortly after purchase. Unfortunately, this isn't covered by the warranty and Michael Kors talks about it. costs $60 and takes 2 to 4 weeks to repair (not very convenient for the consumer). Considering I already paid $260 to purchase the Revainto, this renovation seems a bit steep. When I went to a local jeweler they couldn't fix it because they didn't have any Michael Kors parts. Any suggestions?
