I bought a pair of shoes but the toes broke and I had to try to fix them. Support contacted me and sent a new pair. I am now happy with my purchase and will update my review after wearing it for a few months. I love the light and I love being taller when wearing shoes lol. I get a lot of compliments on the lighting from different people. I don't like the part at the bottom where you slide to get the wheel out because after you've worn the shoe a few times the slider wears out so you can't even move it back and forth to get the wheel out. I wish there was another way. Thanks
