Kit had what I needed for my 2001 CR-V. The pocket recess has a few tabs at the back/bottom that I could do without. It should help organize CDs. CAUTION: DO NOT follow instructions when removing tabs from mounting bag trim. The dashboard has a ledge on which you can properly install the bag. The problem is that all the tabs are flush with the outside edge of the bag. Once the pocket enters, the tabs fold in and run along the edge of the panel. The bag does not fully seat and the protruding protrusions interfere with the installation of the stereo tube. Slight modification to make installation easier. I used a rotary tool like a Dremel or RotoZip to etch the edge of the board about a half inch wide where the tabs would attach. Remove just enough of the protrusion to be flush with the edge of the panel. The remaining edge is necessary to prevent the pocket from falling into the panel cavity. I removed the two shortest tabs on the pad and left the two longer tabs on the right and left sides for a secure fit. I attached the included stereo mount to the back of the bag for a better fit. The stereo case fits easily and the device feels secure.
