The platform is very easy to use and we get tons of insights from all our campaigns without any difficulty. It's also really well integrated with MailChimp, which makes it super simple to manage campaigns with the combined toolset. We are using this product mostly as a CRM but what I like most about it is how good and user friendly the interface is. From the Dashboard, you can easily see the campaign analytics and the performance of each individual step in the funnel. Also, they provide helpful tutorials on their blog regularly, so there's nothing stopping you from learning how to make your first changes. All-in-all, a great product that we're happy with. No issues at all. We were looking for a solution to help us track the funnel of every one of our customers and then segment them based on their engagement with our different products.
