Review on USB Cassette to MP3 Converter: Portable Walkman for Converting Cassette Audio to MP3 with Earphones, Volume Control, and No PC Needed by Gabriel Rosenberg

This is my second update. I received a reply from the seller, they solved my problem immediately. I had to send them photos of three USP connectors and they found that one of them was defective. Replace - free. I communicated with the seller several times and answered his questions. They always responded within an hour or two. VERY GOOD SERVICE. I am changing my rating to 5 stars. I will not hesitate to buy from them again. Bought 3 pieces. My wife has several hundred books on tape. Use all three at the same time for manual recording. One device just started stopping recording halfway through the book (45 minutes). This has been done multiple times over the past few days. The other two seem to work. I looked at the return date, I wanted to get a replacement but I was 6 days late. That's the only problem so far. I tried automatic recording but created too many files. I read 9 to 12 books a day. At the end of the day I plug the USB stick into my computer and using the program I bought I can remove all the blanks and merge the files for the book. In manual mode there are only two files per book, one for each cartridge. The automatic mode is much bigger and it's hard to know which file is for which book. UPDATE I still haven't received a response from the seller regarding the issue or the warranty. It's been about a week. I found the problem, I think the USB port you plug the flash drive into is worn out. I have to bend one side of the flash drive to make it fit snugly. After that it seems to have worked, but still check that the indicator doesn't blink after the capture. If it doesn't blink, it means it didn't record everything. I'm still very happy with the devices, now I know what to do. I hope the seller will contact me and let me know the warranty and if this issue is covered.
