Try the U-shaped pillow (back to front) before you buy a new neck pillow.

Good material, although it doesn't support the neck as much as I thought it would. 75% OK both up and down but doesn't fit me perfectly. I tried reshaping with strings and found that the best shape of support for my neck was the "tube". Now I've found a solution for me - a 5ft 2in woman driving a Toyota sedan. Place the U-shaped travel pillow on the driver's seat (rear-front). It fits me 100% perfectly and I feel like I can ride for hours without pain. You should find your U-shaped pillow and do the same before buying neck pillows in the market.
