Like it! I have multi-stage degeneration on my neck: herniated disc and herniated disc. The torque from the throttle and brakes hurt my neck, and I sat like we naturally sit when we're hunched over. I'm on the road for an hour every day and this pillow has completely changed my life. I don't come with neck pain or headaches. Amazing quality, great fabric, very soft like a memory foam pillow. In fact, if you're considering this, it's worth getting. I love love love love it!

Although this pillow was normally intended for use in car seats, I bought it to replace the standard headrest pillow that came with my DXRacer Formula Series gaming chair. Gaming chairs are usually styled like real race car bucket seats, so this cushion was the perfect fit. The adjustable straps are firm and the pillow itself is very comfortable, allowing you to play or work on the computer comfortably for hours. When I use it now, I am happy to write this review. ;)

I suffer from strictures and bone spurs in the upper neck. I ordered this to add to the headrest on a Toyota Hylander. I used it on a 1500 mile round trip to Venice, Louisiana and the support worked great. It is soft, comfortable and attaches to the headrest in two positions (up or down) with two elastic straps. What a waste. I have a memory foam pillow on my bed and a memory foam pillow and I love them. It's too tight for me to use while driving. Something less dense might work.
