This is the second one I received when I ordered as the first arrived broken as in the picture above and the shipping box was in perfect condition. The replacement arrived and looked solid enough, but it's clear that the build quality of these tablets isn't great. I love the fact that they are made out of bamboo and are a beautiful rich golden color. The sides of the tray are higher on the outer three sides but lower in front so you can still use it as a lap table and eat comfortably without having to raise your elbows to reach your food. The part that lies diagonally across the tray is a tablet/phone holder, which should hold your devices at a comfortable viewing angle in bed. This part just came loose after being used occasionally to hold an iPhone 7 to watch videos after a week of use! Everything else still works and the stand seems to be holding up well so far, but then again we've only had it for about a year. the week. If you're buying it for a media stand, look elsewhere. You can reattach it as the tiny nails used to hold it back will go back into their original holes but you'll have to reattach it and hope for the best. If they could come up with a better way to secure the stand, that would be almost perfect.
