I started out fixing game consoles and a friend convinced me to create a YouTube channel about my work. I have a modern 10th gen i5 laptop. but the video editing is REALLY pushing it. I found that the internal fan was running at full speed and the laptop was physically warm. I bought this cheap fan stand. and now. My computer renders slightly faster and runs MUCH cooler. I've been using it for several months. and it was great. Yes, you can hear the fans running at full speed. but it's not noisy at all.
