The quality is top notch and I recommend the product for purchase.

As for me, the headset is good, I just got unlucky. I did not like their support, I wrote to them several times and described my problem, but I did not receive an answer. Before that, there were Razer Kraken Pro, and after them, this is some new level of headphones in terms of quality.

 dated 06/22/2022 An employee of the company contacted me and offered help. After a short conversation, he offered me to replace the cable without any service centers. Came to his office and took the cable. If all companies work like Kingston, all consumers will be satisfied.

Pros

+ Ear pads + Sound + Packaging (Yes, their packaging is simply gorgeous))) + Design + Workmanship

Cons

- after half a year of use, problems with the volume control began. If you unscrew it 100%, then the left earpiece stops working. With 80% of the wheel on the wire, everything works as it should, but when I play and the wheel touches my clothes and one ear disappears in the game, it just infuriates.
