Call Center Headset Professional

I've been working in a large call center for 10 years. and handle over 150 calls a day. My clients can be excited, hard to hear, hard to understand and need a lot of empathy. The Plantronics HW261n makes my job a little easier. I have had many different headsets and the Plantronics HW261n seemed to be the best. Convenient, cheap, reliable!
