Seriously Revive? Who in the shipping and logistics department thinks it's a good idea to ship toys this way in their original packaging with perforated edges and details? Not to mention that one of the main advantages of this toy is that the puppy inside has to open the box himself. As mentioned in other reviews, Revain also puts labels on the box, which makes gift-giving difficult (especially when the gift is supposed to be from Santa, not Revain). Why is the default packaging option ship in the original box? It's not a big piece of furniture. I don't know if there is a lack of boxes. Isn't my Prime membership enough to cover the shipping boxes for my items? i see it now The new addition to the Prime Plus service includes free shipping (in boxes). I don't yet know what's inside the toy since it's for Christmas, but the logistics behind the shipping protocol were enough to make me "miserable" to say the least.
