Better than expensive

Easy to use precision system that you can either quickly remove from the appliance itself or use a probe you can plug into it and leave the appliance on a shelf next to the stove. I haven't used all of its features since I got it not long ago. I bought a more expensive one that died after one use. I had a similar one but it wore out during use so I bought this one. I like it.
