Kids screwed up my tablet's charging port. BUMPER! So I googled to see how difficult it would be to fix it and possibly fixed it myself. Glad I watched some videos as the only way to get the replacement part is to remove the silver ring around the screen from the FRONT! I used dental floss (just be careful in the connector area as you can damage the other cable that is next to the charging connector cable inside the device. Removing the back panel doesn't give you full access so don't waste time. It is quite difficult to remove the silver ring around the corners but the good news is YOU CAN DO IT!The old connector and cable is easy to unplug and the new one is easy to install back in the shop and the tablet works great.
