The copper wire inside is of high quality and has a large number of strands. The individual strands are quite small and are easy to bend/twist/etc. The quality of the conductors is excellent and as good as any other "audiophile quality" 14AWG speaker cable. There are no complaints about the interior. The outer PE foil around the 4 conductors is not very flexible, neither is the PE foil around each individual conductor. When bending individual conductors, the plastic jacket changed from red/green/black to white because the plastic was bent and cracked on the surface. Slightly disappointing considering this speaker cable is advertised as being made from flexible materials. The braid is very thin and is therefore well suited for use on the wall. I bought it to use for DIY speaker wire and it worked fine, but I would have preferred a more flexible wire.
