Review on 🌿 Organic Roll-On Deodorant by Real Purity by Ethan Dualimace

Updated May 5th: A week and a half after texting them, I finally heard from Real Purity. They did not handle the defective product in any way or form, just said no return or exchange possible. Based on my reaction to this little customer service glitch, I'm guessing they came here to downvote my review (which I mentioned in my post), which is suspiciously the only one on the site that has upvotes at the moment. Write. There is nothing wrong with this review, other than that it clearly got under the skin of a small person. I think I'll report them to Revain. Update #2 5/9: Revain finally gave me a full refund and they are investigating Real Purity for a suspicious rejection. They caused so much trouble when they lost money anyway, and now they've lost a customer too. And maybe a few more people who don't want to be treated equally. ---------------- Original Review ---------------- ------ I have purchased this deodorant before and it really works for me until it gets bad, which I think happened far too quickly. I pre-ordered the bottle so it sat unopened for months before use. I always shake it before applying as instructed, but it suddenly wouldn't come out even though it was clear there was still a lot of product in the bottle. After removing the ball, it became clear where the problem lay - the deodorant thickens to a consistency of lotion, which is why the ball couldn't absorb it. There was no expiration date on the bottle. I attach a photo. Given my previous positive experience with the product, I would have preferred to deal with Real Purity just before writing a negative review, but the message I sent them about Revain was completely ignored. The return period had expired but it should have been longer than two months and I think they should have been willing to replace it. For that small investment in a happy customer, they could earn my respect and the deal of a lifetime, but this is the type of company that believes that allaying customer concerns is best.
