Review on 🎧 Graphite Plantronics BackBeat GO 410 Wireless Headphones with Active Noise Cancelling Earbuds by Stacy Preddi

I bought this device after reading a Wirecutter (NYT) review. I was very satisfied with the device up to 9 months. after purchase if the device stops working. The voice prompt, indicating the device is turning on and connecting, stops mid-sentence and there is silence. The support rep asked me to 'forget' and then pair all bluetooth devices from my phone as this seems to reset the 'bluetooth stack'. It worked for a while, but then the sound in the left earbud stopped working. I received a replacement under the manufacturer's warranty. and the exchange started another nine months later with the same problem! I used them every day at work to block out office chatter and I really hoped the replacement would last longer than the first pair. I'm glad I waited for the second block to fall in the dust before leaving a review. Zero for two, Plantronics. If it was softball, you wouldn't be here. but unless Plantronics offer me another replacement (they were willing to pay 10%) I will not try their products again. There are many better options.
