I've tried other patches with no success. I'm glad I gave them a chance. Before writing a review I tested at least half of the packaging to make sure it worked. It works well to reduce the size of my stubborn acne. It becomes whitish when working. It is important to remember that your skin must be perfectly clean and dry! I don't think it works even after using a tonic like witch hazel. Even if you have cystic acne, they may not work. I struggled with cystic acne for years before revamping my regime and now I just get red angry bumps from time to time that occasionally come back. It worked for them. I can't say it works on scars or discoloration, but it reduces the size and therefore inflammation, which helps acne heal faster so it's less likely to leave marks or scars. Overall I really like them and will buy them again.
