I have a dozen different machines that I use in my physical therapy practice. This is my favorite now. Weight, balance and shape are perfect for 80% of my treatments. See handshake above. I used a whetstone to alter the edge of one of my tools to increase the aggressiveness of the contact, but it was easy to do with a little time and attention. You may not need to make any changes, but they are available depending on your treatment style. The only problem I have is that it can slow down if it falls on a hard surface. You can't beat this tool for the price.
