Awesome alternative

I didn't try the Surface Pen because I didn't want to spend another $80. Gave it a try and it works great. The battery and battery life are excellent. Contact and pressure work great. The big question is how is the speed/latency? In some applications, the pen is slightly in front of the line. not much but noticeable. In other applications, everything is clear and without lag. Line corresponds to 100% speed. So it depends on what you're drawing; but even if there is lag/lag, it's enough to be noticeable but not enough to interfere with drawing or cause frustration. Very happy with this product.
