Got the wrong remote control for my car.
I have a 2002 Toyota Avalon. I bought 2 of these remotes and tried to program them to no avail. There was a problem with the onboard computer. Yesterday they replaced my trip computer and returned the remote controls to the same company but they still couldn't program them. I then asked them to try a couple of their remotes and they both successfully programmed them so I have to exchange those remotes for the correct ones or return them on credit. Please let me know what I need to do to return these remotes for exchange or credit. Thanks RBI
