I like the integration between different channels (Slack and zulip).

It's easy for developers, and makes it much easier to communicate with our customers as well as other employees. The notifications are sometimes delayed compared to Slack, so if you're in a meeting and someone sends something, it could be missed because you didn't receive notification right away after slack. We use this software at work to keep track of team members, which helps us stay organized when communicating via email or phone calls.
