Worked great until it broke. I bought the first cable more than a year ago and worked with it for a year. Failure after a year of almost daily use is acceptable so I ordered 2 more just in case when it broke. It was in February and now both are broken. The problem appears to be with the microphone connection as the connections on the headset and phone have been tested clean and with different cables and manipulating the cable around the microphone temporarily returns the correct channel. If the company decides to send two longer lasting replacements I'd be happy and recommend, if not I'd recommend looking for an alternative. Edited: The company responded to my issue quickly as soon as I contacted them. The replacement, sent free of charge, arrived faster than expected. The issue has been handled well, I hope these will last longer.
