This HIKI tangerine deodorant is very suitable for a "natural" deodorant. The packaging is simple and quite detailed with information, although it doesn't provide any information on where this deodorant is made, which I find a bit odd. All ingredients are listed and easy to read. The deodorant is also easy to open and apply. This deodorant belongs to the hard sticks. Even before I opened the deodorant, I could hear the wand jingle inside. When I removed the cap I saw that there was plenty of room around the deodorant stick in the dispenser/applicator. I found this a little strange as other deodorants of this type that I have used usually have the deodorant touching the inside walls of the dispenser. This deodorant spreads fairly easily and I didn't notice any visible marks. Application was a bit strange as the deodorant stick jerked and jangled a little inside. It's a strange experience. The smell is very similar to what I expected, it's a strong citrus aroma. This is very noticeable after applying deodorant but I found the smell dissipated fairly quickly. After 2-3 hours I couldn't absorb much of the citrus flavor. The scent faded faster than I expected, which surprised me a lot. The deodorant holds up well outdoors in temperatures ranging from 45 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit. It is autumn now, so the temperature is not too warm. During exercise, deodorant seems to hold the odor fairly well and keep it at bay. So far the deodorant has held up well all day, at least in the fall. It seems normal for a natural deodorant. I wonder where this deodorant is made and why it isn't on the packaging. And why is the deodorant stick dangling in the applicator? The scent is pleasant but doesn't last more than a few hours. The deodorant works well but could use some improvement.
