I returned this hat rack within a day or two of receipt. Photos don't tell the truth. bar counter. When hanging on the wall, the hats will not hang as shown in the pictures. Not enough distance to the wall. The bar is no more than an inch from the wall. The hats do not hang back as shown in the picture. If you wear baseball caps, you know you don't want your baseball caps wrinkled, smashed, or rolled in any way. This comes in handy when you need to hang out your underwear, bra or socks to dry. Well I went to my UPS store and they helped print the return label. I don't know what happened but now I'm being charged for a parcel shelf I don't have? I thought I had to go through the process to request instructions on how to print return labels and then request a refund? How else can I request a refund if I haven't received an email with instructions on how to return the labels? However, I am being charged for not returning it. It's back!
