Pros: Some nice features like bass and treble controls, selectable Bluetooth, USB or AUX inputs and a smooth volume control. (Yes, I know most serious audiophiles will only use the digital input, not BT or Aux.) Cons: Depending on what headphones are plugged into this amp, background hiss can be noticeable and a bit annoying. When using my Andromedas or Solaris IEMs, the noise is very noticeable. When using my cheap Sony or JVC headphones, the noise is barely noticeable. (I have other headphone/headphone tube amps that don't have hum that I use for critical listening sessions with Campfire Solaris, Andromedas, 64 Audio U18t and a few other good IEMS, but these amps are 15-30 times more expensive P1 .) So still once, this little tube amp is only good for casual listening sessions, not critical listening sessions where you listen closely to the texture, the timbre, the actual character of the music. (And yes, I also have full-size headphones like the Sennheiser HD800 and the like.)
