I am now using Dead Sea salts which work much better and keep me going between injections.
I have all kinds of problems with my back. Known for: Spinal canal stenosis, spondylolisthesis. Plus other "undiagnosed" issues we're still working on. I've only done steroid injections before and they don't last very long. I used to take warm baths with Epsom salts, it helped a little. I am now using Dead Sea salts which work much better and last between injections. If you have arthritis/rheumatoid arthritis I highly recommend it.
