I bought this pair on Amazon without trying them on because I already had a pair that were worn out. I wear them to work so they wear out with some frequency. I don't care if my work shoes wear out, I just need comfortable shoes! One issue I had is that while this particular pair is supposed to be identical to the pair I bought in store, it feels different. They were very stiff in the heel. In fact, I got some pretty nasty blisters the first day I put them on. The next day I was able to bandage my heels as I tore my shoes a bit but sometimes I still get that stinging sensation on the heel. The most important thing for me is being able to put them on and take them off without having to tie or untie them (I probably take my shoes off more often than most people do at work). Also, they don't have the best arch support in the world. But that's to be expected from shoes that don't beep when you're going through airport security.
