I like that it is easy enough so even someone who isn't tech savvy can use without needing help! It's also great because you have access 24/7 if something does go wrong, which has happened in other platforms but not with overhead fm yet (knock wood!). There are some things we wish could be done better such as adding more channels or having different types of radio stations available rather than just pop songs - maybe they're working towards fixing these issues soon? We've been using over head since October 2017 when our previous provider shut down their platform unexpectedly after almost 3 years running smoothly under them while still paying monthly fees through another service at no extra cost until then. The benefits were instant accessibility whenever needed whether day-to-day work related needs arise during normal business hours OR night shifts where one person may need assistance managing calls all by themselves instead of everyone being required full.
