is a really great wrist support, it supports the wrist and keeps the hand in the right position. I've tried all types of palm rests and while they support my wrist, they take my arm, elbow, or shoulder out of line, causing me to hold my hand at an odd angle. or my hand slips left or right and my elbow or shoulder starts to hurt. That's right, the curve keeps my wrist locked and prevents my hand from moving left or right. My only complaint is that the little rubber feet aren't very strong and don't stop the entire device from sliding around. I solved this problem by putting double sided tape next to each of the two legs and securing it to the table. however, it would be better if the base was covered with a non-slip material. Overall a good buy, I'll get a second one for my desktop when I get back to the office.
