Sound quality isn't great, but it's not a terrible broadcast. The microphone is terrible, just terrible, nobody really understands me, I say a muffled sound. Everyone I spoke to asked me to repeat it. I had to hold an earphone in my hand. Like an old phone that you can speak into so people can understand me. They are comfortable and good looking, they are the best they have. The one on the left turns on and off like it's having connectivity issues. The noise reduction function does not work properly because it produces a very small amount of white noise. A bit like an old fashioned TV. I didn't get it on the first day. I heard a shhh, but I figured it was just a factory I work at. It was like putting a seashell to your ear. At the end of the shift, I noticed a ring of light. It was like walking out of a club, I didn't think anything of it at the time. Then on the second day it lasted about 4 hours and I had to take them out, it sounded like I was in an old TV or computer monitor. You know what they made for a high note. And now the ringing won't stop. I don't listen to music very loud because I always have my ears protected. I've worked in construction all my life and used earplugs or headphones with a good seal. So when my Jabra stopped working. I wanted to try to find something new but now I will probably have ringing in my ears because I don't know how long, I hope it will pass soon, it's been 5 days. So be careful when looking for something new to try. I'm going back to what I know worked for me.
