Review on Diagnostix 5110N ADC Otoscope/Ophthalmoscope Diagnostic Set, Pocket Size, Xenon Lamp 2.5V Hard Case Black by Matthew Flores

I ordered the opthalmascope and otoscope set for my sister for Christmas. The package arrived in a timely manner with the cover of the box showing exactly what I ordered. Also the invoice stated that that was what I had received. I set it aside and wrapped it for Christmas. When my sister opened it there was only the otoscope. The company refused to take care of sending me the correct item stating that they didn't package the orders. They also wouldn't reimburse me the difference. Because I bought the item the end of Sept., Revain also wouldn't help me.I would never buy from this company. I can't speak for the product itself as I never used it. This is not a reliable company with integrity and I wouldn't buy from them. They also stated that they aren't selling on amazon anymore and yet I still find their products available on amazon. They lie.
