I really, really, really wanted to do this job but I'm frustrated and frankly disgusted. I washed this comforter 4 times in cold water the second I took it out of my bag. I even hand washed it again. This blanket is covered with a strange plastic substance and a pillowcase. The pillowcase was completely ruined after the first wash and still had that weird solid on it. I've tried everything. even took a knife and shaved it all off and then threw it back in the laundry. Trust me I really wanted this to work. I like the softness of the duvet and the beautiful color. But the trouble I went through for 3 days JUST to put it on my bed is bad. And also when I finally put him on the bed. oh look MORE STUFF ON THE CORNER WHERE I HAVE MY FACE. **All I have to say is that this company would be better off contacting me to resolve the issue as it would be more of a hassle to try to return it as it came in a vaccine pouch and small box . **
