Pass socket strips & surge protection

I bought this product in July 2020, at that time I thought it was completely fine without any complaints. But recently I started to change the position of the block, and when the element is not properly seated, the pins begin to fall out, it seems that they have stretched. I don't know how this is possible, but it no longer holds plugs securely.
