I would like to start by saying my original order was in February 2019. Since then, these clasps have gone EVERYWHERE! Playing with scuba gear next to small children, working on hikes, rowing, I order more, not because they don't work, quite the opposite. I got one for my 70 year old mother because she likes to take her necklace off at night and before bathing. She finds the magnetic clasps very easy to use and doesn't need any help to put her necklace on or off. The second works so well my daughter "borrowed" it. I rotate the clasp between the different necklaces I wear, so I ordered more to wear with my favorite necklaces. These magnets are so strong I ruined 2 necklaces (my own fault). I tugged on the chain to take it off instead of pulling on the magnet. The chain broke but the magnets stayed together. My necklaces often get in the way when I'm putting my wetsuit on and off, but I've never had a problem with these clasps. This is a wonderful purchase and I am very pleased (and I am very pleased) with the quality and design. I've tried others and wasn't happy with the results, but these lasted about a year and are still going strong. They also don't stick to my long hair. They would be good for everyone especially young girls and old people as they are very easy to use.
