The product worked fine after using the thermocouple color code table to determine it was type E and recalibrating my temperature PID controller for type E (black and red wire). When the PID controller was set to type k, it read 122 degrees F, but the actual temperature was 106.2. Overall quality was fine, they should have been labeled Type E instead.
