At first I wasn't sure about the front panel design because it's not as thin as it looks in the photos, but I liked it. This bag is great! It's durable and roomy with plenty of pockets, and the front zips are strong and not visible through the ends of the strap. I get compliments on that all the time! Yesterday I managed to fit my laptop, a stack of papers, a small binder, a 600 page book, a box of cereal, as well as pens, a wallet, a phone and lip gloss. It really does hold a ton and it doesn't feel like it at all. At some point I will probably get a belt pad, because it is very heavy on the shoulders.
