I bought this pillow because I've had issues, especially neck strain, with sleeping on my side during pregnancy. Trying to find a comfortable position with some regular pillows was frustrating, so I decided to try a pregnancy pillow. I wanted it to be inflatable so I could take it with me on my upcoming trip. It seemed to fit those requirements. Pros: Fast delivery (arrived the next day)! It came with a foot pump and was relatively easy to inflate. The cover on the outside is soft and comfortable in my opinion, but you can always put an extra pillowcase on top if you want. Some other customers have complained of leaks, but I've been using this pillow for a few weeks now and haven't had any leak issues. I love that I can inflate it to support my back. It will be small for travel, which is what I wanted. Warnings: This pillow contains some Goldilocks and three bears. When I inflate it tight it's perfect for my back, but I prefer a less inflated headrest to cradle my head and neck; To lean forward and hug him, I found something in between is best. I've had to play around with it, regularly adjusting the inflation to get it in the optimal spot where it's neither too hard nor too soft. It takes up a lot of bed space, but no more than half a queen size bed. It's a little difficult to move around in, but this quality also helps me stay in the side-sleeping position recommended for pregnant women. There is a chemical smell when you first open it, but it will dissipate after 1-2 days. Conclusion: I would buy it again. This is good value for money. The only thing I would change is that I would like the sides to be separate compartments from the headrest so I can adjust each piece to my desired firmness level with separate flaps.
