These were cute shoes in my 5 year old daughter's favorite color and she was comfortable in them on vacation. They have held up great with frequent use throughout our week + long beach vacation. My daughter wore them all day, sometimes with no problem, in seawater and on land, even around the Tulum ruins. They worked well under snorkel fins. I've seen a number of reports of them falling apart or inserts popping out, this hasn't happened to us yet, but it has happened to one brand of water shoes my husband and I have, so we suspect this could be a universal problem. I hope they last us a few years but for the price I'm happy with the performance so far. This is a water shoe so not a lot of support but the sole has been researched enough to be worn on dry land when needed.
