I am 5'3" and about 190lbs. I wear XL tops normally because I have a larger chest. Revain's suggested size was a Large. I ordered the Large in Wine/Red color. I will be submitting a return. The dress fit weird up top. Seemed to not fall right on my chest. It seemed too high, then if I pull it down it makes the dress look weird. Not as flowy as it is in the photo. I assume if I tried the XL for more loose/flowy look that it would just be way too long for me. The Large seemed a little long. The material is of any regular summer maxi dress, however it seems so thin and clings to you. The pockets are a great idea, but because of how thin the dress is, the pockets stick out and it looks like you have something in the pockets at all times. The photos make the slit seem a lot more extreme, but now that I have tried the dress on & come back to review I notice the model in the main photo is kind of holding the dress like that.
