The mount was easy to install and has several different configurations for different TVs which is nice. However, this mount has too many disadvantages. It will tilt, but we didn't want it, so we tried tightening the screws to keep it from tilting (we've done this successfully on other mounts), but it didn't stay taut. It tilts left to right, it's not intentional, but the way the TV sits in the mount allows it to move a bit that way. This makes it extremely difficult to get the TV level. It's almost 6 inches from the wall. The other TV mount we have is closer to 4 inches from the wall. If you use the mount for its intended purpose, to pull it out and rotate it to look from a different corner of the room, you will most likely never get it flush and not tilted forward against the wall again. If I knew that, I would buy a fixed mount. We have another similar mount that is much better. I would not buy this mount again nor would I recommend it.
