Review on Solinco Confidential Tennis String 16 by Kevin Stephan

My favorite string. Switched to this string 6 months ago after reading lots of reviews and recommendations and stuck with it. I ran it 48 pounds on a Wilson Blade 98. Gage 16L. Convenient attitude. The string lasts 12-15 hours, after which the tension releases and noticeable cuts appear. For me this is the upper limit of polyester strings in terms of durability. I also like the Volkyl Cyclone, but in my experience the control is better with the SOLINCO Confidential, so it's my favorite string these days. Highly recommended. Give it a try if you're looking for more control and want to go all out. A great twist for me too. After all, it depends on your playstyle and what you expect from it. This works great for me. Also not as expensive as some other polyesters like ALU Power and RPM Blast. In terms of stiffness, they are between the SOLINCO Tour Bite (the stiffest) and the Hyper G.
