Simple and efficient.

Unlike a professional knife sharpener, this is the best home cook you can get to sharpen and sharpen your knives. The sharpener is weighted and has a rubber pad on the bottom to keep it in place during use. The Japanese steel sharpener was a nice bonus as we have a couple of Japanese choppers. Our handles have been restored to their original condition. Easy to use, just run the blade through the sharpener a few times and repeat the same on the ceramic hone to sharpen the edge. Sharpal truly is the best manufacturer of consumer knife tools.
