This card printer was easy to set up but if you are using Windows 10 make sure you set it up by logging into the account that will be using the printer. I tried logging in as a different user and couldn't print, maybe it was something I did during installation, but I couldn't print the map when logged in as a user other than the administrator. So I had to uninstall the software and reinstall it as the current user. It also works well, is fast and has a nice color. If you are printing to cards with embedded RFID, make sure you are set to print on thicker paper. Great card printer for the price.
