Edit: October 31, 2021 Contacted seller for troubleshooting. Very helpful and fast communication (Thanks Billy). I sent them a photo and video of the installation. They advised me to buy a SP110E controller, which was ordered, for testing. Estimated time of arrival is November 11, 2021. I will keep updating this thread. Rating upgraded to two stars based on seller notification. I bought an IP65 300 LED strip together with a BTF 300W power supply. The LED strip lights up once green and once blue when connected to a power source. The LEDs should blink or do nothing. Subsequent connection to the Raspberry Pi had no effect at all. I spent 10 hours of my time troubleshooting. The power supply supplies 5V. Arbitrarily connected LEDs (red and white wires at both ends or with a 3-pin connector) will either have one or two LEDs or not light at all.
