This is easily the BEST all-around, multipurpose protein powder. I use it for everything from blending to smoothies, smoothies to blending with yogurt and oatmeal. At 15g of protein per scoop for only 100 calories with a great, real vanilla flavor, it's hard to find a better protein powder if you're on keto or using macros to build muscle but still shed those extra pounds. Here's the recipe I use (adapted from Chris and Heidi Powell) for a high-protein and hearty breakfast: 1/2 C. Raw Rolled Oats, 2 T. PB2 Peanut Butter Powder, 1 scoop Muscle Milk Vanilla Creme Powder, 2 T. flaxseed meal, 1/3 tbsp. Almond milk. - Mix these ingredients together and add 1/2 sliced banana. Enjoy!
