This bite guard saved my life. The custom made mouth guards didn't stop my headache or grinding but made it worse because they cover all my teeth including my front teeth which shouldn't be under pressure, it's physiologically wrong. Get a comfortable fit, others are too bulky. It may take a few nights to get used to it, but be patient. Your mouth will get used to it. Over a few nights, it softens and takes on the shape of teeth. We have been using this for over 10 years. I used to have chronic migraines daily, now I can have a headache every 2 months.
