The best thing about this software it's that you can use different tools to manage your business, from SEO optimization or social media management with Facebook ads manager for example! It also has great integrations like Zapier which helps us automate our workflows by connecting several applications together so we don't have any manual tasks anymore (we used Mailchimp before). I think they could improve some features such as adding more templates in order not only be able customize their dashboard but being easier when creating new reports/analytics etc.. We are solving problems related mainly marketing automation at my workplace using these kind of platforms because most companies out there doesn´t offer them enough options nor do well with managing data properly once its been created.
